Team Overview:


DiDi Food Growth team is seeking for a Data Analytics & Strategy Manager to support the decision making, topic analysis, development of dashboards for the LATAM Food business.


This position will work closely with internal teams including Operations, Business Intelligence, Products and in the day to day will need to aply a lot of data analysis and communication.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist growth operation team in deep dive analysis, using quantitative tools and statistical models. Coordinate with teams to measure the impact and efficiency of new initiatives
  • Find insights from data and provide recommendations and actions that will further drive business to success for growth team.
  • Build and maintain detailed reporting models including core KPIs and growth funnels.
  • Work crossfunctionally and globally with other teams across central operations, products, etc.

Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in a quantitative discipline: engineering, economics, actuary, statistics, computer science, etc.
  • Advance in SQL is mandatory. In addition, advance level in at least one other program language (Python, R, VBA or MATLAB).
  • Strong data visualization skills are mandatory, such as Excel pivot tables, Tableau, etc.
  • Familiar with data warehouse, machine learning is a plus
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Comfortable working in a geographically distributed and crossfunctional, multicultural environment.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Based in CDMX/ Monterrey / Bogotá / Lima.
