Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in accounting
At least 2+ years of experience in managing employees
Bilingual in both Spanish and English and ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to both our clients and staff
Strong team player who manages collaboratively with all stakeholders
CPA or other advanced degrees is plus
Experience in using Sage Intacct, SAP, and/or Oracle is a plus

Responsibilities:

Ensure that our accounting staff is following our established accounting procedures.
Coach, lead and mentor a diverse accounting team with various experiences.
Examine financial statements to ensure that they are accurate and comply with laws and regulations.
Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency and use of accepted accounting procedures.
Organize and maintain financial records.
Plan and execute officespecific and clientspecific budgets.
Assess financial operations and make bestpractices recommendations to our client's executive leadership.
Seek and evaluate ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues, and improve profits.
