Job summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as the subject-matter expert in all facets of full-cycle talent acquisition and ensures there is a robust and effective recruitment environment that positively impacts new hire retention.The position requires building and developing excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop a thorough understanding of business needs to identify strategies to meet the current and future talent needs of the organization.
- Provides leadership and vision to the Talent Acquisition teams by having a continuous improvement mindset.
- Collects data from Applicant Tracking Solution and other data points.
