The Role:

What you will do:

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and workflows for ingesting, processing, and analyzing largescale video data using AWS EMR, Python/Java, and Spark
Utilize advanced image/video recognition techniques to extract relevant information from video content, going beyond outofthebox AI solutions.
Create and deploy custom AI/ML models to identify and classify specific elements, objects, or events within videos, aligning with advertising opportunities
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including data scientists and software engineers, to integrate video processing capabilities into endtoend data solutions
Optimize and scale video processing workflows to handle large volumes of data, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and highperformance processing
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in video processing, AI/ML, and relevant technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our capabilities

Required Skills:

Strong experience in AWS EMR, Python/Java, and Spark for data engineering and processing tasks at scale
Indepth knowledge of AI/ML techniques and frameworks, including custom model development and training
Demonstrated expertise in video processing, including familiarity with video formats, codecs, and videospecific data engineering challenges
Proficiency in implementing image/video recognition algorithms and techniques beyond standard AI offerings
Solid understanding of advertising principles and the ability to identify and extract relevant elements from video content for advertising opportunities
Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow) and distributed computing frameworks
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences

Nice to have Skills:

Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
Previous exposure to video analytics, computer vision, or natural language processing is a plus
