    • Manage and maintain inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
    • Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy and minimize shortages or overstock situations.
    • Control all the transactions that affect the inventory
    • Develop and implement procedures for inventory control and forecasting.
    • Analyze inventory data and generate reports to support strategic decisions.
    • Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and sales to ensure efficient inventory flow.
    • Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT or vendors to implement improvements or upgrades.
    • Support system integrations and testing during ERP or WMS implementations or enhancements.
    • Train team members on system processes, reporting, and best practices.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations for inventory management.
    • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

    Experiencia y requisitos

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in retail, distribution, or commercial chains, Inventory control and cost.
    • Product costing (including imported goods).
    • Inventory control and logistics cost management.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
    • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas; macros desirable).
    • Familiarity with tax and accounting regulations related to inventory and costing.
    • Strong analytical thinking and results orientation.
    • High attention to detail and organizational skills.·
