    Job Purpose:

    • Answer customer and internal customer service product technical inquiries using engineering/production data.
    • Assist in determining how product is to be serviced with assistance from technical service or engineering depts
    • Provide internal departments with corrections to current publications where identified
    • Assist customers/Crossville in part dimensional information from prints
    • Provide support on quotes for service units, (transmissions, axles, electronic controllers
    • Provide support/participate in product launch/ product phase out/complexity reduction teams
    • Propose service parts overhaul kits for specific components/units
    • Help promote the sale of these products to our customers
    • Provide solutions/solve problems
    • Help promote the sale of Dana product
    • Create solid customer relations and provide excellent customer satisfaction
    • Be a problem solver and information source for the customer, with solutions and data
    • Performs all other duties as assigned
      Job Duties and Responsibilities:
      EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
    • Associates Degree in Engineering or related area experience
      SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
    • Experience and product knowledge of Dana parts
    • Technical aptitude/interest
    • Customer focused
    • Superior communication skills, both oral and written Technical
    • Self-starter, able to accept responsibility and prioritize work load
    • Computer knowledge required
    • Ability to work as a team member
    • Ability to read engineering prints
