Descripción

• Conduct assessment of company production processes to develop inhouse quality policies, procedures and specifications.
• Through Managers and subordinates plan, organize to manage and run optimum day to day operations to exceed our customers expectations.
• Coordinate with the Managers to facilitate Quality Programs and initiatives to ensure the use of Statistical Quality Control processes and procedures are properly implemented and followed in all work centers as required.
• Assist in designing quality control audits, writing, revising and verifying quality standards and developing forms, instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality data.
• Works closely with other departments, including sales and marketing, to establish and maintain policies, procedures and processes that ensure ontime delivery of quality products.
• Lead risk assessment analysis throughout the plant.
• Collect, compile,track and analize relevant quality statistical data to obtain information regarding quality performance, standards, metrics and targets to ensure effective cost of quality to update upper management on quality activities.
• Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including data captures forms, equipment, logbooks, or inventory forms.
• Anayze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff.
• Investigate (and correct) customer issues and complaints relating to quality.
• Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors or contractors.
• Produce reports regarding nonconformance of products or processes, daily production quality, root cause analyses, or quality trends.
• Participate in the development of product specifications.
• Commit to plant safety procedures, compliance requirements, rules and regulations.
• Works with human resources and department managers to ensure staffing levels and capabilities meet organizational goals and requirements.

• Knowledge of Manufacturing Quality Control Process.
• Knowledge of standard plant operations, functions and protocols
• Knowledge of plastic injection molding and assembly operations
• Knowledge of safety and compliance requirements, rules, and regulations 35 years experience in quality manufacturing process years experience in quality management and ISO processes and protocols
• Demonstrated experience leading teams of 25+ people
