The IT Support Intern will assist IT Technicians with entry level tasks to support corporate offices for Ria Financial.- Responsibilities
- Dispatch/ escalate service tickets according to region and level of issue.
- Assign and responds to tickets to be compliant with SLA.
- Resolve basic tickets like password reset and locked accounts.
- Resolve tickets reported by user over the phone and through ticket system using remote control software as first measure.
- Provide technical support both in person to office users and remotely to corporate users from other regions.
- Install, configure, and upgrade PC software and operating systems.
- Qualifications
Knowledge of basic system administration.
Experience with Azure, Windows OS, Active Directory and Office in a corporate environment.
Basic network, security and server understanding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Understanding mail groups and permission structures.
Preferred
English
Apple OS experience
A+ Certification or equivalent
A college degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent job experience.
Recent MCITP, MCSE, MCPD or MCSD certification and 1-3 years of software support on Microsoft server technologies.
