    Senior Investment Banker Role


    The Senior Investment Banker is a critical position that plays a pivotal role in assisting clients in securing strategic financing solutions, while also providing expert advisory services for complex transactions.


    Responsibilities


    • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial client engagement to successful transaction closure,
    • Liaise closely with clients to understand their unique financial needs and develop tailored strategies to address them,
    • Collaborate with senior team members and external advisors on mergers and acquisitions, as well as special situation transactions,
    • Lead cross-functional teams responsible for drafting situation analyses, pitch materials, information memoranda, investor presentations and oversee work being performed by analysts & associates assigned to projects,
