Architect IT Six Sigma

As part of our IT Efficiency and Lean Six Sigma team, you independently manage global and cross-departmental optimization projects and thus ensure consistent IT customer-oriented and efficient processes.

Your tasks:

You are responsible for the implementation of IT efficiency and automation projects supporting in the consistent optimization of the production and support costs of IT services within IT, reporting to the Enterprise Architect IT Efficiency & Lean Six Sigma.
With your expertise as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, you are the driver of Lean Six Sigma activities in a defined area of IT services, you coach aspiring & Green Belts
As a method expert and trainer for Lean Six Sigma, you also independently train our managers, project managers and employees in these areas.
In addition, with your expertise, you are actively advancing the establishment of continuous service and process improvement and taking over the analysis and controlling of sustainable efficiency projects and initiatives in your area of IT services.
Last but not least, as a central point of contact for the respective area of IT services, you support our global efficiency and excellence approach.

Requirements:

Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Experience in managing complex projects for holistic optimization of IT Processes & Landscape and controlling the benefit and sustainability of these projects
Wellfounded professional practice in IT, ideally supplemented by expertise in management consulting
Experiences in the area of IT Automation
Ideally first experiences as a trainer or coach in the field of Lean Six Sigma
Practical knowhow in establishing lean six sigma methods is an advantage
Strong competence to penetrate complex facts and relationships as well as processes quickly and to derive the right solutions
High initiative, strong communication skills, and organizational talent as well as the willingness to push new ideas
ITIL knowledge
English: fluently
