    Role Description

    This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Agent located in Cancún, ROO. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for managing reservations, handling phone inquiries, assisting customers with booking and cancellation processes, and maintaining accurate records of reservations. Additional responsibilities include offering exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

    Qualifications
    • Strong skills in Reservations and Receptionist Duties
    • Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to address guest concerns professionally
    • Effective Communication and Phone Etiquette abilities
    • Organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Proficiency in reservation software and systems is a plus
    • Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
    • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
