Lead and manage all Human Resources activities for the Mexico City office overseeing HR operations for three locations nationwide Mexico City Queretaro and Tijuana Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the annual HR strategy and manage the HR budget Lead the HR team in Mexico City provide indirect oversight to regional branches Oversee all HR functions Recruitment Training & Development Internal Communication & Events Compensation & Benefits Global Mobility Payroll Employee Relations Ensure recruitment processes KPIs compliance standards are met manage talent pipelines selection processes Develop training strategies monitor training KPIs ensure completion of mandatory programs Manage internal communication strategies employee engagement initiatives Oversee compensation structures salary reviews promotions benefits aligned with market benchmarks Ensure payroll accuracy legal compliance timely payment Act as a strategic HR partner to the business Required Profile
