    Role Overview

    We are seeking an experienced System Administrator Engineer to act as a Technical Account Manager. This role requires guidance on the adoption and implementation of Red Hat OpenShift and related solutions.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Develop customer relationships through technical support and consultation
    • Address technical challenges related to cloud application platforms

    Favorable Backgrounds:



    • A strong technical background in Kubernetes and IT automation is highly preferred

    • Prior experience with similar roles or positions would be beneficial 5 years+ system administration experiences required for this position. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of relevant work experience.

      This full-time opportunity is located in Mexico with occasional travel within the region . We look forward to receiving your application!
