About the Role

a
Professional Sales Manager, you will:

  • This position will provide strategic and operational leadership to all types of field sales roles to aggressively meet sales, revenue, retention, and organizational objectives.
  • Leads creation and execution of strategy to maximize current and future growth of products and solutions.
  • Designs and develops strategies to increase market share and grow short and long term business through management of the segment.
  • Lead commercial team and Motivated sales team.
  • Responsible for the sum of individual sales Quotas
  • Position Corporate solutions and coordinate value propositions.
  • Develop a sales team.
  • Align efforts with presales, sales excellence, and marketing teams.
  • Protect Company values and work ethics.
  • Develops strong relationships and negotiate with key internal and external customers to identify future needs.
  • Build and report sales progress continuously.

About You:

You're a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • MBA it's a plus.
  • At least 5 years as a people manager
  • At least 5year Quota carrier with accomplished proof.
  • Selfmotivated
  • Leadership and peopleoriented.
  • Information technology acquainted.
  • Understand and track performance analytics.
