Professional Sales Manager, you will:

This position will provide strategic and operational leadership to all types of field sales roles to aggressively meet sales, revenue, retention, and organizational objectives.
Leads creation and execution of strategy to maximize current and future growth of products and solutions.
Designs and develops strategies to increase market share and grow short and long term business through management of the segment.
Lead commercial team and Motivated sales team.
Responsible for the sum of individual sales Quotas
Position Corporate solutions and coordinate value propositions.
Develop a sales team.
Align efforts with presales, sales excellence, and marketing teams.
Protect Company values and work ethics.
Develops strong relationships and negotiate with key internal and external customers to identify future needs.
Build and report sales progress continuously.

About You:

You're a fit for the role if your background includes:

Bachelor's degree in engineering
MBA it's a plus.
At least 5 years as a people manager
At least 5year Quota carrier with accomplished proof.
Selfmotivated
Leadership and peopleoriented.
Information technology acquainted.
Understand and track performance analytics.
