Team and Role Overview

Adenza is seeking a Principal Project Analyst, Regulatory Solution to work in partnership with their peers to help with our global system implementations.

The Project Analyst will be responsible for multiple aspects of the process including the customer requirements and delivery deadlines, effective communication with key customer stakeholders, and internal management.


Responsibilities:

Ensure the project and associated business case are scoped, initiated, and approved according to the required procedures
Interfacing directly with clients to understand their unique needs and the structure of their data and information systems to tailor the solution to each specific case

Ensure the project is planned in a manner that delivers the required quality and within the agreed scope, including appropriate milestone definition, work breakdown structure, dependencies, and assumptions.

Analyze and identify possible risks and issues that could impact delivery and either resolve them or escalate them as appropriate
Ensure relevant and appropriate analysis, management information, and reporting are provided
Ensure requirements, plans, risks, issues, actions, schedules, benefits, and other related project artifacts are documented and tracked
Skills And Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proficient in both PMI and Agile methodologies will be a plus
US Regulatory Reporting exposure is preferred
Experience in SharePoint, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience in working with JIRA/Confluence preferred.
Demonstrate experience in governing or supporting projects to successful conclusions
Experience in effectively communicating with and positively influencing project stakeholders. and team members. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and the ability to quickly transition as priorities change to meet demands
Able to travel and work at client locations at least 25% of the time
At least 10 years of consulting experience and working directly with clients in regulatory requirements
Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and has strong analytical skills
Is service-focused and can communicate clearly with client personnel at any level, from technical staff to executive project leadership
Is familiar with financial statements, accounting, and G/L systems
SQL skills and experience using query tools such as SQL Developer is a plus
Strong attention to detail and highly analytical
