Program Management Sr Specialist
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of program managers to ensure that projects are completed ontime, within budget and according to project specifications.
- Plan, prioritizing resources and manage multiple engineering projects; prioritize tasks and assign team members to ensure that the team's overall used effectively and that project deadlines are met.
- Co-Lead Development/Implementation of Yearly/Monthly CAPEX
- Gate Reviews
- CER
- Process Improvements.
Responsibilities/ Skills.
- Lead/Collaborate with crossfunctional team members to develop, maintain and manage projects/programs, and to meet program milestones for ontime delivery of parts for customer requirements, within budget and without quality concerns.
- Supervise Weekly Program's Escalation scorecards quality and intime preparation by the OPM Team
- Supervise Annual Capital Expending and Monthly HOT
- CAPEX preparation by the OPM Team
- Track key milestones and communicate progress weekly, monthly or as required to all levels of management.
- Supervise Gate Review's Quality & Timing preparation by the OPM Team
- Supervise & Review CER's Quality & Timing preparation by the OPM Team
- Provide support to the team and/or overall engineering function, if/when needed, to meet critical deadlines.
- Generate and/or Promote Program Management's Process Improvements
- Supervise the integrity of the Smartsheet Data
- Comply with the fulfil environmental, safety and health legal requirements set out in the legislation and regulations of our customers and other applicable stakeholder's requirements to whom we are related to our activities and products, as well as those EHS requirements established by the Company.
Profile.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering and/or Business.
- 4 to 7 years directly related Project Program Management experience and crossfunctional teams consisting of engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain.
- Master Degree in Engineering and/or Business (
Preferred ). - Professional certification as PMP, PgMP, CAPM (
Preferred ). - Experience directly related to EDS and Components Operations (
Preferred ).
Skill/ knowledge requirements:
- Knowledgeable in requirements associated with: ISO TS 16949 and AIAG APQP.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments with high quality and ontime completion.
- Microsoft Office software.
- English: advanced.
