The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for piece flow from receipt of raw materials until shipping of finished goods guaranteeing a high level of inventory accuracy.The Main Missions Of The Role Are
Provide direction to personnel engaged in inventory management (receiving, material handling and shipping)
Main responsibilities include interviewing hiring and training employees planning assigning and directing work appraising performance rewarding disciplining employees addressing complaints resolving problemsMaintain expected level of 5's in all areas
- Pull System Kanban Milk Run
- Ssupply indicators reporting MPMs
- Personnel management
