Junior Vendor Master Data Administrator

Vendor Master Data Maintenance globally for all Atos entities worldwide:

  • Be a part of Vendor Maintenance Team that act as a primary point of contact for queries related to vendor master data
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding process in Ariba SLP
  • Create new vendors and modify existing vendors in ERP system
  • Validate of correctness of incoming requests
  • Ensure that all performed changes are supported with the required supporting documentation and comply with internal procedures
  • Ensure high quality of vendor master database
  • Analyze the supplier risk in the tools (Risk & Compliance checks)
  • Proceed mass vendor creation/modification requests
  • Provide financial reports on potential suppliers
  • Provide weekly vendor maintenance reports
  • Provide ad hoc, various reports on vendor records
