Business Analytics & Insights (BAI) harnesses the power of data to drive robust analytical insights that inform some of Pfizer's most critical business questions.
Role Responsibilities
Role definition and Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to various global and US based teams within BAI
- Manage Purchase Order's through the Ariba and ePA3 systems, also tracking payment of invoices as requested
- Track and manage the team's budget and invoices.
- Help team navigate through issues related to invoice or project setup delays.
- Manage document resources on SharePoint / Microsoft Teams site as needed
- Assist with on-boarding of new colleagues,
- Update team organizational charts and distribution lists as requested.
- Coordinate activities for and handling issues for meetings. Manage calendar, availability, and expense reporting for several BAI leaders
- Work collaboratively with other BAI Administrative Assistants with regard to coverage within the group and sharing learnings and best practices
- Schedule and coordinate team meetings and interviews as needed, including some meeting management and logistics
- Ability to anticipate and proactively resolve issues and use diplomacy to resolve problems
- Ability to independently conduct analytic support, follow up, and management of special projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookExperience
- Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment where agility is necessary on a daily basis.
- Selfstarter, proactive, agile, solution seeking attitude, anticipating team needs and actively identifying opportunities to strengthen results
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Business acumen, Decision marking and demonstrated flexibility
- Ability to navigate internal organization/processes
