5 years experience working in non-productive purchasing, Automotive Industry

Degree in Business or Business Administration equivalent

Vacancy:

Indirect Purchasing Buyer (National and Foreign Suppliers)

(Machinery, Services, Direct Materials, Consumables, Spare Parts, General Items, etc.)

Objective:

Responsible to conduct commercial activities, be a link between suppliers and users for fair business.

Work as a team with members of other areas to achieve the objectives (internal/external).

Functions/Activities:

Process Purchase Requisitions (Request For Quotation)
Negotiation with suppliers, Price analysis
Generate Purchase Orders and Contracts with Suppliers
Provide internal customer support (users) and external (suppliers)
Collaborate in supplier search activities
Follow up payment to suppliers
Follow up on special projects of indirect purchases
Supplier Evaluation

Basic requirements:

Intermediate-Advanced English
Analytical, negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of Oracle system and Microsoft Office
Financial and Cost Concepts
Sense of urgency and leadership
Proactivity and teamwork
