- Ejecutar y administrar los procesos de planeación de producción, control de demanda y previsión de materiales.
- Monitorear niveles de inventario para asegurar disponibilidad sin generar sobrecostos ni excedentes.
- Coordinar actividades de compras, abastecimiento y distribución, garantizando cumplimiento en tiempos y requerimientos operativos.
- Analizar información clave de demanda, consumos, capacidad y abastecimiento para generar planes precisos y oportunos.
- Gestionar órdenes de compra y documentación dentro de los sistemas internos o ERP.
- Colaborar estrechamente con áreas de producción, logística, almacén, ingeniería y calidad para resolver necesidades operativas en planta.
- Optimizar flujos de materiales, procesos internos y estrategias de planificación.
- Reportar KPIs relacionados con demanda, inventarios, cumplimiento de producción, abastecimiento y distribución.
- Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua orientadas a eficiencia operativa y reducción de costos.
- Viajar eventualmente para capacitaciones. (pasaporte y visa recomendados).
- Licenciatura o Ingeniería (cualquier especialidad).
- 3+ años de experiencia obligatoria en roles relacionados con: planeación de producción, planeación de demanda, control y gestión de inventarios, compras / procurement y distribución o supply chain.
- Inglés súper fluido (indispensable).
- Dominio de análisis de datos y manejo de información.
- Capacidad para trabajar en planta bajo un esquema totalmente presencial.
- Habilidades de organización, pensamiento crítico, toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas.
- Perfil proactivo, enfocado en resultados, multitask y con excelente comunicación.
