Currently we are looking for our next:

Merchandising PDQ Analyst

Which is the main objective of this role?

Support the development and improvement of products, processes, and technologies related with PDQ (pre-packed exhibition equipment) for the large format segment (self-service stores).

Align all involved teams such as marketing, procurement, excite, planning and commercial strategy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams from different departments such as KAMs, R&D, design agencies, external vendors, and quality control to ensure that the designed product meets customer requirements.

Accountable of conducting research on new technologies, products, or materials. Analyze performance and cost data, perform experiments, and develop prototypes. Develop specifications for products, including the design, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Support senior Merchandising coordinator in carrying out their duties, such as design proposals, co-packing kick off sessions, and project management.

Mange 32 projects annually, 6 to 9 run simultaneously.

Manage budget spend of 7.5MM on PDQ for Savory, Nuts & seeds and Oat categories.

What will you be doing?- Design exhibition materials to support specific commercial strategies- Concept, prototype, proofing, purchase- End to end project development/management sarting with design and finishing with the delivery to co-packers and Distribution centers- Manage design, manufacturing and co-packing agencies- Use mybuy platform for buying as well as budget control and reporting to solicitors monthly- Visibility to coordinators and managers: Merchandising, Commercial Strategy and field teams- Manage at least 8 projects simultaneously, 32 per year- Colaborate wiht the team to find production alternatives and generate efficiency

Qualifications

Project and time management_ must be able to fullfill projects time objectives
Teamwork and collaboration_ must interact with different areas and be able to lead them towards a single goal
English language_ reading and speaking at least medium level
