_ Responsibilities _
-
_Work with Suppliers/Vendors/ Client associates to resolve and handle queries to solution _
-
_Adhere to the internal compliance policy and guidelines established by the management on their daily operational activities _
-
_Convey information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer _
-
_Strive for first-call resolution to provide "best in class" service _
-
_Respond to invoice and check status inquiries from both internal and external customers. _
-
_Assist with resolving escalated invoice inquiries from both internal and external customers. _
-
_Collaborate with teammates and initiate ideas with management to identify, design, and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness. _
-
_Work closely with other functional areas (i.e., Invoice Processing, Dispute EDI, Vendor portal, and T&E) to resolve issues and support the achievement of business goals. _
-
_Maintain a tracker of the exceptions and ensure Invoices/queries are handled based on the exception tracker _
-
_Maintain exception logs for process-related exceptions as and when they occur for knowledge retention. _

_Minimum Qualifications _
-
_Minimum bachelor's degree _

_Experience in Accounts Payable Cycle_

_Advanced English _

_Preferred qualifications _
**_1. Required good communication skills

  • As we interact with the vendors, and requestors frequently. _**
    _2. Knowledge regarding the query resolutions. _

_3. AP Invoice processing knowledge. _

_5. Should be good in Analytical skills. _

_6. Ability to convince the Vendor/supplier in calls when interacting for any issues. _

_7. Should be able to deal with Frustrated customers. 8. Should be flexible to work in night shifts._
