We are seeking a Senior MECM (SCCM) / Intune Customer Engineer to act as a technical advisor and consultant for enterprise customers. This role involves designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting large-scale endpoint management environments (20K–50K endpoints).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, upgrade, and maintain MECM/SCCM infrastructure
• Assess environment health, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• Support Software Updates and Task Sequences
• Implement and manage SCCM Co-Management with Intune
• Assist with reporting (SSRS/Power BI)
• Provide customer training and technical guidance
• Manage Office deployment and policies across Windows, macOS, Web, and Mobile.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of deep expertise in MECM/SCCM
• Experience in large and complex enterprise environments
• Strong consulting and customer-facing experience
• Ability to present to technical and leadership stakeholders.
