What you'll be doing...
As the regional lead for Real Estate team in Canada and Latin America, you will have the overall responsibility over real estate negotiations and transaction management, facilities operations, design & construction, building management, budget/financial accountability, moves planning and any other real estate activities required to offer a great customer experience that inspires and energizes our employees, partners and visitors.
- Inspiring the team to deliver a "bestinclass" customer experience.
- Ensuring that the real estate portfolio is maintained within compliance with local regulations.
- Planning the estate portfolio vision.
- Guiding the team to enable real estate transactions and ensure long term planning is implemented to acquire and dispose of assets.
- Owning the financial metrics for the region and proactively identifying and delivering opportunities.
- Developing robust business cases to support proposed recommendations.
- Ensuring that the services delivered are customercentric and aim to enhance the workplace customer experience.
- Managing project delivery (workplace improvements, capital replacement, repairs, technology deployment, etc.)
- Owning longterm plan budget requirements (capital and expense) and shortterm adjustments based on business imperatives.
- Partnering with key departments to deliver the promise of a reliable and integrated workplace.
What we're looking for
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in Facilities Management Implementations and Operations.
- Experience influencing Real Estate negotiations.
- Experience in Property Operations.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- A degree in Real Estate or a related field.
- Experience in Strategic Planning.
- Experience in Change Management.
- Data Analytics and Visualization background.
- Experience in Building and Portfolio planning.
- Technical knowledge on plant and office IT.
- Fluency in Portuguese.
- Experience in integration of multicultural firms as a result of M&A activity.
Where you'll be working:
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48
