Industrial, mechanical enginering or equvalent.

8 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuos improvement department.

Main Responsabilities:

As a Industrial Engineer you'll be responsible for looking for opportunity areas to reduce waste trough all our processes as well to reduce our operational cost.

Lead team work strategies to reach financial objectives thougth different projects.

Analize heat map to find waste and reduce it or eliminate.

Look for opportunity areas to increase labor productivity.

Help other to implement kaizen ideas.

Manage projects and activities to execute ideas.

Manage system software's and create dashboards for tracking kpi.

Compensation Plan:

Montlhy salary: 40,000.00 to 50,000.00

Saving Fund :13% law limit

Grocery Vouchers: 10% law limit

Christmas bonus: 30 days

Vacations: 12 days first year.
