REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree completed.
English B2 + (INDISPENSABLE).
Work experience in the area of customer service or human talent.
Intermediate digital skills.
Basic knowledge of social networks, job sites, customer service, and office software.
The person has high frustration tolerance, works under pressure, and has goal orientation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Bilingual recruiting.
Direct contact with companies remotely, supporting in the resolution of doubts and receiving orders
Support the U.S. offices in customer service.
Followup on confirmations and logistics of each company's employee to keep orders in shape and always updated.
Analyze the human logistics needs of the companies and maintain a priority level of responsiveness to the client's operational needs.

Salary:
$10,000 per month

Schedules:
Morning and Evening (Rotation)
