**You will be responsible of Supporting the HR Benefits team in various projects, by identifying opportunities and planning promotional communication for our rewards program.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role as
HR Benefits Intern, you will be part of our success by:

Planning promotional communication for the current rewards program
Supporting the positioning of current employee benefits and help communicate the benefits the company offers to all LATAM employees

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in
HR Benefits Intern, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

Required:

Student in Administration, Marketing, Communication, Business or related fields
Have at least one year of university left
Advanced English
Knowledge of design
Strong communication skills and being detail oriented.
Proactivity and Initiative

Extended working hours may sometimes be required.
