**You will be responsible of Supporting the HR Benefits team in various projects, by identifying opportunities and planning promotional communication for our rewards program.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role as
HR Benefits Intern, you will be part of our success by:
- Planning promotional communication for the current rewards program
- Supporting the positioning of current employee benefits and help communicate the benefits the company offers to all LATAM employees
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in
HR Benefits Intern, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Required:
- Student in Administration, Marketing, Communication, Business or related fields
- Have at least one year of university left
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of design
- Strong communication skills and being detail oriented.
- Proactivity and Initiative
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
- Extended working hours may sometimes be required.
