As a Growth Team Executive at Whitehat Engineering, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth strategy.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to enhance overall business expansion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in growth marketing, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to enhance overall business expansion. Conduct research and analysis to identify new tech market trends. Being adaptable to changes in the business environment and adjusting strategies accordingly. Using data and analytics to track the success of business development strategies and make data-driven decisions. Developing and implementing business development strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to business development.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Proven experience in a growth-focused role, preferably in the technology or engineering sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.


Ideal Profile Requirements:
We are looking for candidates from Central America, preferably from Mexico. Must have own gaming PC, equipped with powerful RAM, a high-performance Video Card, and strong internet speed. You are a good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines.

You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard Excellent English communication skills are a must.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in growth marketing within the industry. Strong strategic planning skills with a track record of successful execution. Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams. Proficient in leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making. In-depth knowledge of gaming trends, communities, and platforms.
