Responsible for leading critical, cross functional initiatives in continuous improvement. Initiates, leads and implements continuous improvement projects. Provides training activities, and supports/mentors continuous improvement change agents and team members. Communicates successful outcomes and promotes a culture of ongoing continuous improvement. May facilitate kaizen events.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for automation, NPD, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify areas for improvement and lead projects to optimize processes, systems, and procedures.
Develop and maintain metrics to track and report on the progress of automation, NPD, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools that can improve processes and workflows across the organization.
Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders to ensure that automation, NPD, and continuous improvement initiatives are effectively implemented.
Manage the budget and resources allocated to automation, NPD, and continuous improvement projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to support automation, NPD, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful project implementation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation, NPD, and continuous improvement management.
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
Familiarity with automation technologies such as robotics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence is a plus.
