Main Functions:

Installs or Supervises Vendors in the installation of computers and peripheral Equipment such as Monitors, Keyboards, Printers, Disk Drivers, Scanners, Mouse, etc. for specific users. Verifies the system's operation.
Loads software packages such as operating systems, word processing, spreadsheet,data bases, communication software, etc. in specific computers.
May provide Technical Assistance and Training to systems users.
Responds to user inquiries concerning system operations and troubleshoots Hardware, Software problems to the Vendor's services personnel for their solution.
Recommends or Performs minor corrective actions and refers major hardware or software problems to the vendor's service personnel for their solution.
Complies with standard operation procedures (SOP) of the information systems function.

Job Specification:

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years within computer systems maintenance.

Level of English Fluency:
Intermediate (Technical Reading and conversation).

Computer Usage:
Intermediate/Advanced (Programs, Macros and/or use the Application Program's Report Writer).

Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm.
