As a graphic designer within our new Content Marketing Center of Excellence (COE), you will get to design, create and deliver best-in-class digital marketing assets for our various marketing teams and campaigns.


About This Position

  • Plans and illustrates concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetics.
  • Coordinates with internal teams, including marketing, in the design concept phase through the completion of a project.
  • Obtains approval of concepts by preparing rough layouts for review.
  • Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
  • Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
  • Advise on best practices and optimizations throughout design projects
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images
  • Implement feedback and changes when appropriate
  • QA designs for errors
  • The ability to work in a fast pace environment with other teams in the US, CN, and ENG.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or a related field
  • 35 years of experience in graphic design
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, and typography, specifically related to digital assets
  • Familiarity with social media design principles and best practices
  • An understanding of A/B testing and using data to influence design and layout
  • Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, and other graphic design software (motion graphics a benefit)
  • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
  • Strong analytical skills,
  • Excellent eye for detail
