Remote work/Home Office

Level of experience:
Senior level of experience as a developer


English Level:
Advanced (B2 or higher). Must be able to read and speak fluently


Must have:


  • 5+ years of development experience with Python and Django
  • Experience with relational databases PostgreSQL, MySQL
  • Understanding how to optimize ORMs queries
  • Experience with caching systems
  • Experience with queueing systems such as Celery or RabbitMQ
  • Regular use of Git as a version control tool
  • Experience with Docker
  • Very good level of conversational and technical English
  • Great organizational skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Passion to learn and mentor
  • Ability to easily context switch
  • Understanding the importance of following defined SDLC
  • Solutions oriented problemsolver who finds the perfect balance of quality and speed

Nice to have:


  • Experience with noSQL (Redis/Mongo)
  • Experience with any Python REST frameworks
  • Experience on Web scalability
  • Experience on Waterfall and Agile Methodologies
  • You have a Github or similar account and own contributions to free software and/or your own projects.
