The Role:

this position will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) function, Facilities management, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

The key objective is to develop and execute HR strategies, drive operational excellence, and create a positive work environment that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.


Main responsibilities

  • Oversee the HRBP function, ensuring effective delivery of HR programs and services across the organization.
  • Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities team to ensure a safe, comfortable, and productive work environment for all employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Partner with the executive team to identify and address organizational development needs, including succession planning, talent management, and performance optimization.
  • Oversee the employee experience initiatives, ensuring a seamless and positive journey throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems, leveraging technology and data to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated matters, including employee relations, performance management, and career development.
  • Manage relationships with external HR vendors, such as maintenance providers, food and snacks purchases, among others.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure the company's HR practices remain compliant and competitive.

What we are looking for:


  • Experience
  • Proven track record (minimum 6 years) in human resources, preferably in the fintech or technology industry, with exposure to international team practices.
  • Indepth knowledge of Mexican labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience as an HR leader, with interaction with senior management.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess HR metrics and drive databased decisionmaking.
  • Experience
building learning programs from 0 to 10 and from 10 to 100.
