    Call Center Customer Service (On Site)*Responsibilities
    :
    • Make outbound
      calls to follow up on customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information as needed
    • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
    • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
    • Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
    • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services
    • Adhere to all company policies and proceduresQualifications**:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous customer service experience is a plus
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Ability to work in a fast
    • paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail
