Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Program Administrator located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Program Management Manager, the Program Administrator role involves assisting in the management of key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.

What a typical day looks like:

Administrative support and right hand to the Program Management Manager for various customers.
Close followup on RMA's
E2E.
Maintain records, logs and up to date information.
Analyze data to help make critical decisions.
Develop and maintain business relationship with customers.

Experience we are looking for to add to our team:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Fluent oral and written English.
Good Excel skills.
Analytical. Able to propose solutions and solve problems.
Communication skills: Understand for own and others' roles to establish constant communication with the team.
Negotiation. Being able to hear and listen to the needs of others to reach agreements.
Discipline. Consistent in deliveries with the customer and with flexibility.
Finance. Understand percentages, ratios, profit, and loss.
Familiar with the operation of a production line.
Customer service: Always focused on customer requirements.
Leadership skills are also a plus.
Focus on problem solving is also a plus.
Knowledge in BAAN 5
