Design and launch new manufacturing processes.
Validate product impact due process changes [this includes fixtures, gages, modifications to std work, etc ]
Confirm and Maintain production line capabilities.
Lead product transfers between lines [capacity related projects]
Recommend product improvements to design group.
Lead process standardization between different production lines.
Collaborate with NPI team to execute new product introduction.
Lead systemic issues resolution.
Drive CE activities and in process PPM reduction for COPQ, productivity, yield improvements, & cost reductions.

Experiência y requisitos

University degree [Industrial Eng., Mechanical Eng, or similar Engineering]
Team player with good communication skills [written and oral] in English language
Selfmotivated individual that holds strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity.
Selfaccountable to achieve goals and standards.
Strong organization, planning and time management abilities that can Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve results.
Statistical tools for process capability [CPK] and Design of Experiments [DoE] knowledge required, lean manufacturing and/or six sigma green belt certification desired.
Experience working under automotive standards [IATF].
Proficient on Microsoft package required [excel, power point, etc]
