Accounting Assitant, Bilingual

As a
Bilingual Accounting Assitant, you will assist our accounting team with the following duties:

  • Payroll review and processing (bi-weekly)
  • Accounts receivable invoicing
  • Month end reconciliations
  • Journal Entries
  • Coding invoices appropriately and ensuring proper approval
  • Process invoices for payment
  • Work closely with the accounting team to reconcile A/P reports monthly
  • Work with vendors and Property Managers to reconcile issues related to invoices and payments
  • Validate, record, and send checks, including expediting special handling
  • Assist with internal and external audits as needed
  • Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed
  • Carry out additional projects as required
  • Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Established communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds
  • Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases
  • Numeric data entry experience
  • Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired
  • Check Runs experience preferred
  • Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Payroll assist with Payroll journal entries
  • General Reconciliation experience a plus

Requirements:


  • English 95%+ (Speak, Read, Write)
  • Provide Resume in English
  • Experience with Quickbooks Online and US Accounting principles
  • Active listener with excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities


  • Work Schedule: Monday

  • Friday. 9am to 6pm

Compensation: 22,500 pesos/mes

  • Associate (preferred)

Experience:
