- Communication & Relationship Building: Provides quick and accurate feedback to external partners on transactions.
- Loan Processing Duties: Extensive understanding of the pre-credit processing function across multiple different partnership channels. Able to quickly and accurately communicate with partners any items preventing Quantum from making a credit decision.
- Sales Duties: Extensive understanding of Quantum products and closing process. Able to communicate offer term(s) quickly and accurately, plus address any product or closing process questions.
- Post-Approval Processing: Extensive understanding of the KYC/KYB requirements needed to book a loan. Able to accurately communicate missing requirement(s) needed to generate contracts and ensure timely closing process.
- Technical Understanding: General understanding of Quantum's partner portals used in the loan origination process. General understanding Quantum's own internal systems, especially in the context of submitting applications on partners' behalf.
- Product Knowledge: The role requires general understanding of Quantum's products.
- Communication: Responsible for ensuring partners and customers are educated on product(s) benefits, how product(s) work, and benefits to their business. Requires clear and accurate communication to Quantum's partners.
- Flexibility: Ability to take on additional account management related duties as assigned and/or required by the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years in sales or loan processing, preferably in the lending or financial services industry.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with lending regulations and compliance requirements, including knowledge of fair lending practices and data privacy standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English), with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients in an accessible way. Bi-lingual (Spanish) is strongly preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with a focus on managing multiple clients, maintaining detailed records, and meeting deadlines.
- Experience using a CRM system in the loan originations process and telephony/email systems (Front, Five9) for external communications.
- Knowledge of loan origination processes, financial products, and regulatory requirements in the lending industry.
- Ability to understand and multiple partnership structures in the context of the loan originations process.
- Knowledge of industry-specific financing needs (small business lending).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment – quick and effective communication in the loan origination process is a must.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards, with the ability to navigate and address regulatory requirements in partnership activities.
