About the Role:

The Development Operation support for Linux, Windows, k8s, and docker for automotive production at the the data center that applies technical knowledge to assist internal users.

What You'll Do:

Respond to normal client calls (local or remote) fed primarily from work queues in a ticketing system and uses troubleshooting skills to resolve problem tickets.
Maintain internal service level agreements and monitors ticket queues.
Screen, refer and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers and related systems.
Handle basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higherlevel staff.
Use preexisting solutions to client issues.

What You Need to Succeed:
Good written and oral communication skills in English.

Troubleshooting skills.

Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills.

2-5 years' experience in linux/windows server roles

Experience VMWare and Database Administration
