Procurement Associate

SoftwareOne

Scope:
Full-time | Software & Cloud Marketplace Delivery | Location: MX city

The Associate Procurement collaborates closely with SoftwareOne's Local Procurement and Sales Teams.

This involvement encompasses the entire process lifecycle, including tasks such as managing customer data, handling price inquiries, overseeing renewals, and ensuring the seamless processing of orders.

The Associate's role significantly enhances customer relationships and optimizes operational efficiency throughout these processes.

What does a day-to-day look like in this role.

Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good relationships.
Research all relevant information required to complete tasks.
Maintain positive working relationships with strategic suppliers (Independent Software Vendors) to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.

What we need to see from you:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, international affairs or related fields
Excellent English written & verbal Skills (B2+ level).
12 years' experience Customer service experience
General math skills, PC proficiency, knowledge of MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat.

Desired Qualifications

02 years' experience in the software industry.
Excellent Excel Skills
Knowledge of ERP Systems functionalities.

Soft Skills

Efficient communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
Solid problemsolving, consultative, and research skills.
Ability to evaluate information with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fastpaced team environment.
Reliable and desirable work ethic.
