岗位职责
1、战略规划:制定并实施国区物流3-5年发展战略计划,应对业务增长与市场变化及客户满意度提升。
2、仓储管理:主导国区主机/配件仓储网络规划,优化库位设计与运营流程;推动WMS系统升级,提升仓储效率与准确性,仓库标准需对标当地卡特彼勒、小松等企业的标准,输出对比分析报告,并依据报告结果严格执行。
3、运输管理:规划与优化干线及配送网络;整合与管理承运商资源,提升主机/配件运输时效并降低成本。
4、关务管理:确保主机/配件进出口活动合规高效;前瞻性研究贸易政策与关税壁垒,规避风险并优化关税成本。
5、物流成本:负责制定并监控国区整体物流成本预算,并降低物流成本率。
6、信息平台:推动物流技术(TMS, WMS, 运输可视化平台)的落地与集成,提升流程自动化与数据决策水平
7、人才培养:负责物流团队的建设与管理,包括下属的选拔、培养与考核
8、流程落地:国区进口清关流程、海外仓储流程(含出入库、调拨、盘点等)、海外本地运输流程
9、指标承接:港口到仓库段:清关时效、清关合规性、派送时效、签收时效、入库时效、账实一致率;仓库至客户段:运输方案时效、仓到客户段周期时效及到货验收时效。
岗位要求
1、8年以上物流行业经验,具有直接管理仓库、运输、关务中至少两个模块的丰富经验。有成功主导大型物流项目或体系建设经验者优先。
2、熟悉物流信息系统(TMS/WMS/SAP)。
3、具备战略规划、数据分析、商务谈判、跨部门协调与客户关系管理能力。
4、熟悉物流全链路运营,深刻理解仓储、运输、关务各环节的精益管理和成本控制。
