    **Important Notice:** This is a direct hiring process with the company, seeking a seasoned IT recruiter with at least 4 years of experience, skilled in managing processes across Latin America (Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Brazil). Knowledge of compensation and salary schemes in these countries is also essential.

    Conversational English skills at a minimum level C1 are mandatory for this role. The level of English proficiency will be evaluated during the interview. Additional benefits will be discussed during the interview process.

    **Job Description:

    • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for positions across Latin America.
    • Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date on labor trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices in Latin America.
    • Compliance: Adhere to local labor laws, regulations, and hiring practices across various Latin American countries.

    **Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree

    **Experience:**

    • At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment with a focus on Latin America and the US.
    • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring talent in the region.
    • Experience working in international and multicultural environments.

    **Languages:** Fluency in English and Spanish required. Portuguese is an asset.

    **Skills:**

    • Strong understanding of Latin American labor markets and recruitment strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and cold calling.
    • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Office365 and Excel.
    • Knowledge of specific labor markets and regulations in key Latin American countries such as Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Costa Rica.
