    Clinical Documentation Integrity Trainer

    A key role for a Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) subject matter expert, this position focuses on education and content development within the CDI community.

    The Academy Education Specialist will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality educational content, presenting at industry events, and serving as a trusted expert within the CDI community.

    • Design and develop educational materials including learning pathways, clinical insights, presentations, e-learning modules, and written guidance documents
    • Review and update existing educational content to ensure alignment with current CDI best practices and regulatory standards
      • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design is required.
      • Strong public speaking skills are necessary

        Key Qualifications:





    • Masters degree in Nursing Health Information Management Healthcare Administration or related field
      required.
