    The Stellantis Customer Experience organization is currently seeking an innovative and results oriented Warranty Analyst to join the Warranty Quality and Cost Reporting Team. The Warranty Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining warranty reporting that will be used to make crucial business decisions. This role will support business reviews, and presentation requests for the North American leadership team. The Warranty Analyst will work closely with the Global Customer Experience organization to represent the systems and reporting needs for North America. The candidate will be responsible to identify and execute opportunities to enhance data collection, both internally and with outside sources. The selected individual will seek out and recommend innovative technologies and solutions to solve business challenges. This person will provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools; and provide ongoing monitoring and refinement of developed solutions. The candidate must have a proven track record for executing standardization of processes and achieving quality goals and key performance indicators.

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering; other bachelor's degrees will be considered with relevant work experience
  • 3+ years' experience in engineering, manufacturing, supplier operations or quality
  • Must be strategic, with the ability to analyze, interpret and summarize data from various sources
  • Advanced skills in data analytics, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to adapt, navigate complexity, and multitask in a rapidly changing environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deal with a variety of people at all levels of the organization
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education Level: Master's degree or higher
  • 3 years of business intelligence / data analytics experience
  • Working knowledge of Stellantis Warranty systems: Palantir (Map), GIM, WIS, Quantic
  • Quality related experience
  • Familiar with dealer service information
