Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXTake your career to the next level, Danfoss is looking for a Production Planner, who will be responsible for planning assembly production based on orders according to availability of materials and parts, and to make sure the assembly can make products and prepare them for shipment.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • You will be responsible for:
  • Performing production planning for finished goods. Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
  • Managing production control activities tracking production output and maintaining master data.
  • Production load leveling, prioritization of production orders. Follow up with production team.
  • Monitor DOI at Factory and Distribution Center.
  • Make sure sales orders are confirmed (delivered) as requested
  • Evaluate the sales pattern take actions when needed. Monitor stock transport orders.
  • Making constant reviews of Order Handling with Global Fulfillment and different Customer Service Representatives across the world.
  • Handling of Customer ́s MRP and process our forecast according to our customer ́s forecast in SAP.
  • Perform adequate and agile attention by telephone and electronic to the customer, consulting information about orders, delivery, inventory, transportation, among other information, in order to resolve doubts, confirm dates and order data, receive complaints regarding invoices.
  • Create, modify, review and monitor sales orders in the SAP system, in accordance with the predefined procedures and rules, in order to guarantee orders with correct and appropriate information with the requests, monitor the requests and seek to obtain the execution of The sale in the desired time.
  • Keep main KPI Reliability and Availability on target.
  • Support continuous improvement in the Supply Chain.

Background & Skills:


Your education and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
  • 3 or 4 years of experience in production planning Manufacturing resource planning.
  • English 100% (fluently).
  • Knowledge on SAP S/4 HANA, Excel, customer service, and continuous improvement.
  • Good at math and statistics
  • APICS Certification is a plus.
  • Personal skills: communication, proactive, selfdrive, goal oriented, solution of problems.
