    Ingeniero en Computación, Sistemas o afin.
    • Conocimientos básicos en S.
    O. Unix (AIX, Solaris, Linux).
    • Conocimiento basico de productos Midleware (WAS,WEB)
    • Conocimiento basico de productos de BD.
    (Oracle)
    • Manejo avanzado de herramientas de oficina.
    • Experiência mínima de 1 año como operador de Produccion (TI).
    • Ingles avanzadoFunciones
    • Vigilancia y operacion de las diferentes herramientas de monitoreo para ATMs de US.
    • Ejecución de acciones (workaround) para la solucion de eventos o incidencias de los ATMs de US.
    • Generación de incidentes en ServiceNow relacionados a la baja disponibilidad del servicio en ATMs de US.
    • Escalado de incidencias y eventos relevantes a L1, L2 y Gestion de Incidentes.
    • Conocimiento y mantenimiento de la documentación interna.
    • Seguimiento de backlog y documentación en bitácoras internas.
    • Vaidaciones de tendencias y correlacion de eventos en la herramientas de monitoreo para ATMs.
    • Area de apoyo en cambios y/o peticiones de validaciones o acciones en el catalogo de servicios para los ATMs de US.
