Job Activities
- The bidding specialist will search for many vendor options to provide services to the HOA industry.
- Managing a high volume of phone calls.
- Run the bidding process according to needs.
- Post RFP (Request for proposal).
- Evaluate vendors according to the requirements of the RFP.
- Schedule:_
Monday to Friday:
- Regular schedule: 8:00 am a 5:00 pm CST MEX

Minimum requirements
- 2 years of experience as a maintenance coordinator
- Strong writing and speaking English skills.
- Experience with Adobe

$20, $24,000.00 per month
