Line Maintenance Planner

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Progressive Maintenance & PSS standards implementation
  • Top failures followup
  • Preventive and Corrective Maintenance works coordination
  • Problem Solving coordination for failures and breakdowns, including
A3R/A3L actions implementation

  • Basic conditions preservation for productive equipment
  • Continuous Improvement for Maintenance Plans
  • Issue/Close Maintenance Notifications Z1/Z2 in SAP.
  • Vertical Startups implementation/assurance
  • Technical Training for Operators
  • Assure Safety topics compliance, including Behavior Based Safety,
Near Miss reporting and CAPAs implementation


Main Deliverables:

  • OEE contribution and related KPIs fulfilment: MTTR, MTBF and
Maintenance Plan Adherence

  • UPDT elimination
  • Zero losses contribution
  • A3R/A3L for failures and breakdowns

Skills & Qualifications:


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) in fields such as
Industrial Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or Electromechanics

  • 5 years of experience in maintenance of pharmaceutical production
equipment.
- +2 years Leading Maintenance teams

  • Languages: Spanish (fluent), English (Advanced / C1)
  • Technical Knowledge
  • Total Productive Maintenance
  • Operational Excellence tools for Plant Maintenance
  • Pharmaceutical Formulation and Packaging equipment for solid dosage
forms (FBD, Mixing, Sieving, Tablet Press, Blister, etc)

  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
