Responsibilities:


The Opportunity

Coordinate, execute, and maintain security programs to safeguard the personnel, assets, information, and operations of the companies (SABRITAS, GAMESA, PIM).


Your Impact
As The

Security Coordinator Sureste your scope will consist of:

  • Coordinate, execute and maintain the Annual Corporate Security Programs.
  • Carry out investigations of fraud and/or actions that cause a detriment to property, as well as investigation of possible violations of the Pepsico Code of Conduct.
  • Determine the vulnerability of the Processes and service areas.
  • Implement, coordinate and maintain Prevention Plans in Sales, Operations and Corporate areas.
  • Execute the Plans and Procedures established in Crisis Management and in the Business Continuity Plan.
  • Ensure that special events (Conventions, Pilgrimage, Foundation events, Visits of senior national and foreign B1+ executives) take place in an environment of comprehensive security.
  • Carry out special investigations in order to provide evidence to establish or determine responsibilities.
  • Establish links and coordinate actions with the competent authorities in matters of safety and prevention.
  • Coordinate services from external providers in matters of Security, in the assigned location.
  • Advise in a timely manner personnel who have suffered an affectation or damage in the performance of their duties.
  • Advise Company employees on Personal Safety matters.
  • Supervise the selection of surveillance and access control personnel.
  • Prepare in a timely manner the reports required by the Area Management.
  • Promote Social Responsibility Programs with government authorities, which are related to security and crime prevention

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Law, Administration, Civil or Industrial Engineering (graduated)

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in the Security area
  • Basic English
  • High level of Customer Service
  • Full time availability

  • Good oral and written comunication
  • Good management of Microsoft Office Software and Internet

  • Strengthen and update techniques and methodologies used in Security and that are applicable to the Company's objectives
